The biggest challenge any brand can have, penetrate a new market. At Uber Eats we were hired to plan and execute the company’s expansion plan in Spain. Starting with 5,000 trips on a weekly basis and around 9,000 active eaters, we achieved over the course of two years 127,000 weekly trips and 280,000 active eaters nationwide. Herraez was in-charge of 30+ territories from top to bottom which had a crucial impact on the P&L. 

Amongst the tasks, we managed all PR activations in launched territories as well as restaurant account densification, courier activations, on-demand marketing strategies and referral programs for optimum growth. Additionally, we were involved in key exclusivity deals with top chains and major co-marketing campaigns to increase user conversion and brand awareness.
